In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month we are hosting a FREE workshop to assist in bringing an awareness, help and healing.
We will uncover how to detect healthy relationships vs toxic and neglectful ones whether in friendships, business and most importantly...intimate ones. We will have those in attendance participate in self reflective exercises, share important yet educational videos and uncover the negative thoughts within that will allow one to repeat harmful relationships and why one stays in these relationships much longer than they serve in a positive way.
With Covid forcing many to stay indoors, this became a torture chamber for some...thus the theme of this workshop...When Home Is Not A Sanctuary.
We will have Domestic Violence Resources; all in a safe space for us to share, learn and support. If you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship (in all its forms), attend this workshop. Let's take this positive journey together in sisterhood.
