Choosing the right people for the job requires more than just someone who bleieves in your mission and vision...it is someone who is willing to SUPPORT the "how to's" in order to achieve those goals.
This 4 part series will discuss the following:
1. What to look for in an individual to be a potential board member? And how to develop that relationship.
2. How to be specific with the expectations of a board member and how to articulate that in order to promote top performance? How to match the passion with performance?
3. How to choose within your Board of Directors who will perform specific job duties in order to bring the total vision to fruition?
4. How to help your Board of Directors to see your cause with a Business mindset?
There will be 3 virtual classes and 1 classroom session (location will be determined) to end the series. (August 6th, August 13th, August 20th, August 27th)
