One of the ways in which a non profit can meet their financial goals, community goals is through the resources that are available to it. An efficient Board of Director can assist in that process. Who you do not know, one of your board members may!
Choosing the right people for the job requires more than just someone who believes in your mission and vision...it is someone who is willing to SUPPORT the "how to's" in order to achieve those goals.
This 4 part series will discuss the following:
1. What to look for in an individual to be a potential board member? And how to develop that relationship?
2. How to be specific with the expectations of a board member and how to articulate that in order to promote top performance? How to match the passion with performance?
3. How to choose within your Board of Directors who will perform specific job duties in order to bring the total vision to fruition?
4. How to help your Board of Directors to see your cause with a Business Mindset?
There will be 3 Virtual classes and 1 classroom session (which will be announced) to end the series.
This series can be for start up non profits and existing non profits who find themselves struggling to obtain peak performance from their Board members.
