I will be visiting 10 cities facilitating workshops around my new Book Mirror, Mirror on The Wall...Who Am I After All? and taking a Chapter from the book of which the theme of the workshop will be based upon.
My first workshop is on the Chapter...Forgiveness...That Includes YOU! So often we'll ask others for this and yet can't do it for ourselves! We can be so oppressive to our own souls to the point where we make it impossible to move forward because we feel so bad about past things we've done or said. It IS good to feel remorse for a wrong you have done, but once you've asked for forgiveness, then learn from it, let it go and forgive yourself so that not only the ones you have wronged can heal, but so you can as well.
